I loved reading a book called "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds with my son a few years ago. It was about a child discovering his creativity by just "making a mark" or a dot. This Tiny Dot is a reference to that book plus the fact that we are on this rock circling around the sun. We are just a tiny dot in this vast universe of life. Yet we each shine brightly in our own way.

Meditation and mindfulness have been very helpful in my own journey. I created these printables as digital art, wall art or visual reminders. The planners and checklists are helpful tools in staying organized which helps lessen stress.
