Try this dairy-free blueberry green smoothie full of antioxidants, protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients

filtered water

tablespoon
flax oil
or hemp oil
¼
cup
hemp seeds

tablespoon
collagen
1-2
cups
spinach
1
ripe banana
peeled
1
cup
blueberries
fresh or frozen
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into your blender container. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or two and enjoy!
Notes
You can use romaine lettuce instead of spinach.
Substitute non-dairy milk instead of water.
Freeze any leftovers into popsicle moulds.
