Ingredients

cup
plain coconut kefir/yogurt
or your favourite non-dairy kefir/yogurt or milk
1
tablespoon
hemp oil
2
tablespoon
hemp seeds
1
tablespoon
flax seeds
(grind if not using a high-speed blender)

cups
romaine lettuce
torn into smaller pieces
1
banana
peeled
1
pear
peeled, cored and roughly chopped
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend on high until smooth.
