Berry Fruit Salad
No dairy or refined sugar in this berry nice and easy fruit salad!

Ingredients
Cashew Cream

cup
cashews
soaked for 2-6 hours
½
cup
water
1
tablespoon
raw honey or maple syrup
Fruit Medley
1
cup
blueberries
1
cup
grapes
1
cup
strawberries
diced
1
apple
cored and diced
1
banana
sliced
sprig of mint
(optional)
Instructions
Make the cashew cream: In a high-speed blender, add soaked cashews, water and honey. Blend on high until smooth.
In a large bowl, add all the fruits and the cashew cream. Mix everything together.
Place in the refrigerator to chill. Serve cold.
Notes
For a nut-free option, use sunflower seeds instead of cashews for the cream.
