pork
cut into 1-2 inch cubes

tamari

apple cider vinegar

garlic
peeled and crushed

black peppercorns

bay leaves

chicken liver
(optional)

sliced mushrooms
(optional)
Instructions
Place pork, tamari, apple cider vinegar, garlic, black peppercorns, bay leaves in the Instant Pot container.
Add liver and mushrooms, if using.
Cover and select the Meat/Stew setting or Manual mode at high pressure. Set to 30 minutes.
After time is up, let the pressure release naturally.
Serve warm with rice, diced fresh tomatoes or salted egg. Or even some kimchi!
